Our Story
Dubai has hundreds of bakeries. Most of them work the same way: bulk ingredients, frozen dough, reheated on demand. When we started Bakers District in 2022, we decided to do the opposite.
Our kitchen sits in Al Mina, in the shadow of the old port. We chose this location because it reminds us of what Dubai used to be: a place where merchants took pride in their craft, where reputation was everything, and where a handshake still meant something.
Five bakers work through the night so every cookie, cake, and pastry is fresh by morning. We have tested over 300 recipes to perfect the ones we serve today. Some weeks we add new flavors. Most weeks, we stick to what we know works.
We are not trying to be the biggest bakery in Dubai. We are not chasing trends. We want to be the bakery you trust. The one you send to someone who matters. The one that makes an ordinary Tuesday feel a little less ordinary.

Our Kitchen
Our Al Mina kitchen is HACCP certified, meaning every step of our process meets international food safety standards. From ingredient storage to packaging, we maintain strict protocols.
The day starts at 2 AM when our first bakers arrive. By 6 AM, the ovens have been running for four hours. By 8 AM, everything is packaged and ready for delivery. By noon, anything unsold is donated. Nothing sits overnight.
We bake in small batches throughout the day. This means we never have more than a few hours of inventory. It also means everything you receive was made that morning.
What We Believe
Nothing sits on a shelf. We bake through the night so every item is ready by morning. If it is not fresh, we do not sell it.
No mixes, no shortcuts, no preservatives. Every recipe is made from scratch using ingredients we source and trust.
We do not shout. The quality speaks. From our packaging to our ingredients, everything is considered but never excessive.
Food is personal. Whether it is an office delivery or a gift to a friend, we treat every order like it matters. Because it does.
